We just finished shooting at the InterContinental Hotel for the big DMSA Award Presentation honoring the Business Executive of the Year Paul Matsen of the Cleveland, Clinic. Always a great event and a great location.

Last year’s Executive Jared Chaney from Medical Mutual passes the torch to Paul.

Flashes back to the days of film… cut my teeth on factory photography in the eighties. Oil on the floor and in the air. Companies would bring professional photographers in to shoot their dark and dirty processes and people. You have to know what your doing ….. it’s all about the lights.

We were back down to Canton, Ohio to photograph the 2011 Football Hall of Fame induction ceremonies with famed Studio 7 Photographer Shawn Wood. The game was canceled by there was plenty to photograph.

We just finished another on location photography project in the local Cleveland, Ohio area. Photographing students in a trade school is always fun and demanding. We move from discipline to discipline in record time shooting a different set up and hauling lights. But as you’ll see we get some great shots.

We set up a white background and shot quite a few images for the client to choose from.
